However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day money back guarantee provided the product has not been used and all of the original packaging is undamaged.
If you find that your product is damaged upon receipt you must notify our customer services dept. firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours.
Please be aware that return shipments must be secure and WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING as failure to do so may result in non-refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs on any non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.
If upon inspection we accept the responsibility for the flawed/damaged product and it is not due to customer damage we will refund, replace or repair the item at our discretion and will endeavour to do so within 28 days of return date.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
WARRANTY AFTER ACCEPTANCE
After acceptance we will replace or repair as far as possible at our own expense any defect on our furniture for a maximum period of 12 months. We cannot refund on goods that have been tampered with or on bespoke furniture orders. Any product with a manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like for like basis only. No credit will be given and no alternative product will be supplied. Faulty products will be collected by ourselves. We reserve the right to reject any "faulty" product if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, or of the customer's negligence or making. These guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear; neglect; abuse or misuse of your goods; loss or damage through whatever causation, e.g. sunlight, weather, rusting, excess exposure to heating or moisture, infestation via animals or boring insects, accidental damage, etc. In particular we do not recommend mahogany products be placed on or near heat sources such as radiators or under floor heating as excess drying of the wood may occur – we will accept no responsibility in this case. The supplier's liability is restricted to the value of replacement goods only and we will not be held liable for any consequential losses. We will arrange to repair or replace the defective item free of charge or, at our discretion, refund the price you paid for the product. Should a product no longer be available it will be replaced with a product that closely matches it. Home assembly items cannot be returned if construction has being attempted or completed but we will send any replacement parts for any piece that may be damaged.
We will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage arising out of defective, damaged or wrongly delivered goods over and above the value of those goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
